Riley Gibbs

CEO

Riley Gibbs, President of MK11, is originally from Spencer, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sales.

Before launching MK11, Riley built his career in a corporate sales and leadership role, where he gained firsthand experience in driving performance, leading teams, and managing client relationships. However, despite outward success, he found himself constrained by limited growth opportunities and capped earning potential. The structured environment left little room for creativity or long-term fulfillment.

Determined to create something with no ceiling, something that aligned with his ambitions and values, Riley founded MK11. Today, he leads the company with a focus on growth, integrity, and building a culture where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential.

Riley is passionate about making a lasting impact in the Cleveland community and helping others unlock meaningful careers through both personal and professional development. Outside of work, he enjoys watching football, exercising, listening to music, and learning more about business.

Abby DeLallo

Human Resources Manager

Abby DeLallo is the manager of human resources and recruiting at MK11. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Abby attended college at the University of Akron and graduated with her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. During Abby’s time at Akron, she was the Vice President and Media Chairman of the Exercise Science Club. She helped organize the club's biggest fundraiser, the Glow Run 5K, to help fund student research and educational trips. After Abby’s time in Akron, she later moved to Cleveland to pursue a career at MK11.

She was attracted to MK11 due to the growth through sales, and then soon found her dream career in recruitment and human resources management. She is excited to be a part of a lively and dynamic group that is driven and family-oriented.

Outside of the office, Abby enjoys binging TV shows, cooking, and cuddling with her cat, Jet.

Brian Chmielewski

Account Executive

Brian Chmielewski’s journey began in Belgium, but he grew up in the close-knit community of Coldwater, Ohio. In school, his relentless work ethic earned him recognition as one of the top wrestlers in the state, securing 8th place at the Ohio Wrestling State Tournament. That same dedication carried into the classroom, where he earned the prestigious Seal of Biliteracy and became one of the few students inducted into both the Athletic and Academic Halls of Fame at his school.

Brian went on to study Communications and Entrepreneurship at Bowling Green State University. Drawn to MK11 for its culture of excellence, dynamic energy, and high-growth environment, he saw the opportunity to sharpen his sales expertise while contributing to a winning team. His vision extends far beyond personal success—he aspires to spearhead market expansion in cities nationwide, building strong teams where others can reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active and social. Whether spiking a ball on the beach, rallying friends for a game, or simply enjoying good company and conversation, he brings the same energy and passion to his personal life that he applies in his career.
